The Winter Wellness Challenge will be broken into one action step each month.
We will focus on the following three OEL pillars of wellness: balance, move, and explore.

+ JANUARY = MOVE
+ FEBRUARY = EXPLORE
+ BONUS: Every week, try one thing that is brand new to you. Examples of this could be: learning to knit, trying a new workout class, hiking a new trail, learning to speak another language, or cooking a recipe you've never tried before. The possibilities are endless!
The Winter Challenge will begin December 1st, 2018 and last until the end of February 2019.
