The Summer 2018 Wellness Challenge consists of action steps that focus on the following four pillars of wellness: physical/exercise, nutrition, stress management, and social.
The guide includes:
1. An overview of each challenge.
2. Space to write down your motivation or rewards for completing each challenge.
3. Weekly trackers to check off your progress.
The Summer 2018 challenge started June 1st and will last until August 31st. Feel free to join in anytime!
