FALL WELLNESS CHALLENGE

 
Three months. Three challenges. A better you.
The Fall Wellness Challenge will be broken into one action step each month.
We will focus on the following three OEL pillars of wellness: unwind, rest, and connect.
— FALL WELLNESS CHALLENGE —

+  SEPTEMBER = UNWIND

Dedicate 30 minutes each day for self-care. Meditate, practice your breath work, take a bubble bath, or even just squeeze in a nap - whatever it is, do it for YOU. 

+  OCTOBER = REST

Develop an evening routine. Use a nighttime routine to ease you into sleep and to prepare for the next day. Need help getting started on your routine? Read this post.

+  NOVEMBER = CONNECT

Connect with your community. Volunteer at least once this month for a cause or organization you support. If you can't participate in person, offer to help with fundraising or donate money on your behalf.

+  BONUS: Every week, try one thing that is brand new to you. Examples of this could be: learning to crochet, trying a new workout class, hiking a new trail, learning to speak another language, or cooking a recipe you've never tried before. The possibilities are endless!

 

The Fall Challenge will begin September 1st and last until the end of November.
